Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdventKey LLC, doing business as EtherDayAI ("EtherDay," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use our website, account features, and services. We collect and use information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve EtherDay and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use EtherDay, you may provide account and profile information, prompts, notes, uploaded files, feedback, support communications, and other content you choose to submit. Payment-related information may also be provided to the payment provider used to process a transaction.
Information collected automatically
We may collect technical and usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the Service, including browser and device information, network information, timestamps, pages or features used, authentication events, diagnostic information, usage records, and security logs.
How information is used
We may use information to provide and maintain EtherDay; authenticate and manage accounts; deliver requested features; enforce access, trial, subscription, and usage limits; process and administer subscriptions; secure the Service and prevent abuse or fraud; troubleshoot problems; provide support; comply with legal obligations; and understand and improve service performance and reliability.
Patient-related information
EtherDay may be used with appropriately de-identified healthcare-related information for informational, educational, organizational, or reference purposes. EtherDay is not intended to function as a patient record, medical record system, patient-identification repository, monitoring system, or institutional clinical communication platform. Users are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to submit and for complying with applicable law, professional obligations, and organizational policies.
Service providers
EtherDay relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, data storage, payment processing, model or computing services, security, and other infrastructure. Information may be processed by those providers when reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or support the Service. Their processing may also be governed by applicable agreements, legal requirements, and their own privacy terms.
Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. EtherDay does not need to store complete payment-card details to provide subscription access. Payment providers may collect and process payment, billing, transaction, and fraud-prevention information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing the Service, maintaining account and transaction records, security and fraud prevention, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, and service function. We may retain information longer where required or permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission, storage, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and information you choose to submit.
Your choices and requests
You may be able to review or update certain account information within EtherDay. You may request assistance regarding account information, privacy questions, or account deletion through the support channel provided within the Service. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or transaction-record purposes.
Disclosure required by law or safety
We may preserve, use, or disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful process; protect the rights, property, security, or integrity of EtherDay, our users, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business changes
If EtherDay or its operating business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
Children
EtherDay is intended for adults and professional or educational use. It is not directed to children, and users who are not legally able to consent to use of the Service should not create an account or submit personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as EtherDay and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
